Refund policy

General

All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.

Cancelled events

If a show is cancelled, you will receive a full refund including booking fees. No action is required — we will notify you by WhatsApp and email if provided at checkout.

Rescheduled events

Your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement. Contact support with your order ID.

Unable to attend

Tickets are non-transferable in the demo app. Official resale or exchange options may be offered for select events before launch.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support with your order ID and phone number
  2. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days
  3. Approved refunds process in 5–10 business days
