Booking
- How do I buy tickets?
- Choose a show, pick your ticket type and seats, then complete checkout with WhatsApp verification and payment.
- Can I change seats after booking?
- Seat changes are not available in the demo app. Contact support before the event if you need help.
- Is there a booking limit?
- You can book up to 8 seats per order.
My tickets
- Where are my tickets?
- Sign in with WhatsApp, then open My tickets. You can view, download, and scan your ticket at the venue.
- I don't see my booking
- Make sure you're signed in with the same WhatsApp number used at checkout. Tickets appear shortly after payment.
Payments & promos
- Which payment methods are supported?
- FIB is available in the demo. More providers will be added before launch.
- Promo codes
- Enter your code at checkout. Demo codes include VK10, SAVE5, and FREEFEE.
